BRANDING + SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

When working with GLC, I handled the entire media department and managed their socials. We had a clear media schedule that would dictate what kind of content we would post every day. Some content was content that I personally created, while other content included imagery we would collect from people if we we were giving shout-outs to other brands or promoting for clubs.
I created promotional flyers for the brand.

Did photography for some events.

Did all the videography + editing for events.
Created graphics for Instagram, including Featured Artists every Friday.
Created short-form content from footage taken at events. These "boomerangs" would be posted weekly on socials.
Developed an entire concept for an event, from ideation to execution.

I came up with the concept for Look Out which was held at Spybar. The GLC guys wanted to book artists people should "Look Out" for -- so I came up with the idea to incorporate more than just the DJs. Look Out also meant "Look Out" for surprises and weird interactions. I created the logo, all flyers, booked a dancer who I thought could play off the columns in Spybar, and came up with the idea for the Fortune Teller, made the box that held the fortunes, shot all photos and video, and assembled visuals for the event. On a very minimal budget, we were able to bring something a little extra special to Spybar. I also created a separate Instagram for Look Out to establish the event as its own brand. I began running that page in addition to the GLC socials, up until COVID halted everything.
